  • I completed Amelia’s self-paced 6 week Moving Postpartum Program in January, and the shorter flows really helped me stick to it. I could feel my body build strength over the 6 weeks, love her energy, and how she emphasizes honouring and loving your body for where it’s at, for how it moves NOW…and really enjoyed the easy to use platform! Highly recommend!
