Yes we are emotional beings and we experience a range of emotions on a daily basis, but did you know only 2 out of the 5 type of trapped emotions are generated by you. 

Only common emotions and preconceptual emotions are generated by ourselves. 

Absorbed emotions, prenatal emotions and inherited emotions are emotions that get trapped in our bodies from others. 

The most interesting and impacting of these emotions is inherited emotions.
