I’m Ciela, a qualified yoga teacher and certified trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator with an incredible heart for trauma survivors.
I offer yoga as a support to women looking to release the stresses and anxieties of everyday life through vinyasa yoga and breathwork. I’m passionate about making my yoga accessible to trauma survivors.

Ciela’s yoga offerings include gentle mindful vinyasa yoga to energize you for the day, release & restore to help you let go of the days tension, stress and anxiety as well as trauma release.

“As a complex trauma survivor I’m passionate about making the practice safer, less triggering and more accessible to survivors. During our practice together you will be provided with a safe space where YOU are the authority. Together we will work towards experiencing your body and it’s sensations in a safe and empowering way.”
